Program Outline

Our Residencies exist to develop you as a young leader for a lifetime of Kingdom impact through engaging your head, heart, and hands in pursuit of Jesus.

Through our partnership with Reliant Mission, our residency is a paid, support-based 2-year program. This program, open for anyone who has completed their Bachelor's degree, is designed for young leaders who are passionate about partnering with God's redemptive work in the world, in Jesus' name. The residency prepares you for lifelong Kingdom impact through developing your head, heart, and hands.

Head:

We want our Residents to be equipped with a clear worldview and understanding of the Gospel that will prepare them for a lifetime of Kingdom impact. This preparation includes studying to receive your Masters of Art in Christian Thought at Bethel Seminary as part of your residency role. The support goal each Resident has will include the cost of tuition.

Heart:

As you prepare for life-long leadership, whether in the context of vocational ministry or not, our residency will help prepare you to be with Jesus and discover the difference between performance-based living and true heart transformation. Each Resident is paired with a mentor focused on personal formation and a part of a personal development cohort alongside other Residents.

Hands:

As a Resident, we invite you to explore with us a biblical model of serving as you continue to uncover how Jesus is calling you to be on mission, and uniquely created you to fix a brokenness in this world. You will get first had experience leading within a church minstry context.
